Russ Ladwa has served the local community for over 40 years and is grateful for their trust and loyalty. He has always been a great believer in providing holistic care to his patients whilst maintaining the highest standard of practice with the latest knowledge. His extensive and relevant specialist contacts are very useful for referrals where necessary.
Russ has had a lifelong interest in the education and training of all team members and has contributed widely to the profession as a teacher, trainer, mentor, researcher, examiner, author and speaker, nationally and abroad for which he has been recognised by his peers.

Dr Radhika Ladwa, Dentist

Radhika's gentle and patient nature allows her to help anxious patient’s and help them to overcome their phobias. She constantly learns from those leading their field and uses the latest minimally invasive techniques and technology for the benefit of her patients. She has also gained experience in the Oral and Maxillofacial department at Watford General Hospital dealing with more complex cases.
She has a keen interest in giving back to the profession having mentored students from under-represented groups in their dental school applications. In addition involved in dental charity work including villages in India where she provided oral care and has run marathons to raise money for charities.

Dr Marianne Henien, Consultant Oral Surgeon

Marianne has always had a keen interest in surgery, and entered into specialist training in Oral Surgery at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital in 2016 which she successfully completed in 2019 and gained specialist registration on the Oral Surgery list. She continues to work there as a Consultant Oral Surgeon.
Marianne has a high level of clinical expertise and delivers the full range of routine oral surgical procedures including dental extractions, wisdom tooth surgery (including coronectomy), oral surgery related to orthodontics, apicectomy, cyst removal and osteonecrosis of the jaw. One of her specialist areas is the management of patients with Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD).
Marianne has dedicated her service and research towards the multidisciplinary management of TMD, for which she has set up a tertiary service in Guy’s Hospital. She also teaches on the subject and completed a postgraduate certificate in clinical education at King's College London to equip her in training the next generation of dentists.
